Terms and Conditions – Baaji Login Platform Rules

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use Baaji Login, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire period during which you hold an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual registering the account — you may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not have a self-exclusion agreement in place with Baaji Login or have been previously excluded from the platform for any reason.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not as a representative or agent of any commercial entity.
• You must not currently have any other active Baaji Login account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Baaji Login reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned minus any winnings derived from those bets.

3. Your Baaji Login Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one Baaji Login account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — will be identified and closed. Any PKR balance in a duplicate account will be transferred to the original verified account, less any bonuses claimed on the duplicate.

Account balances do not accrue interest. Real money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately in your account. Bonus credits cannot be transferred, gifted to another player or withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

4. PKR Deposits and Withdrawals

Baaji Login supports the following PKR deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary at different times.

• All deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing. Baaji Login reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the ownership of a payment method before releasing funds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals, which follow standard Pakistani banking timelines.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Baaji Login may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (turnover requirement) for each promotion is stated in that offer's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are non-transferable. They cannot be converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement first.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or identities is considered bonus abuse.
• Baaji Login reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including retroactively if a promotion was claimed through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses obtained through incorrect information, exploiting technical errors or coordinated group play designed to meet wagering requirements artificially will be voided.
• Bonus expiry periods apply — if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of Baaji Login covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments), football, esports and other markets as made available. All sports betting activity is subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation, particularly on live in-play markets.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Baaji Login reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error, technical fault or data feed failure has led to incorrect odds being displayed.
• For cricket and PSL markets, standard cricket result rules apply. Match abandonment, rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are handled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are subject to change and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for live data transmission. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded — even if the outcome was not yet shown on the platform — may be voided.
• Baaji Login does not accept bets placed for commercial gain by professional betting syndicates or on behalf of third parties. Such accounts will be restricted or closed.

7. Casino, Slots and Live Casino

Casino games, slot titles, crash games (including Aviator) and live casino tables on Baaji Login are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming and others. The following terms apply to all casino gaming activity:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer dealing procedures. Game results are determined independently of Baaji Login's systems.
• Game rules, paytables, Return to Player (RTP) percentages and betting limits for each title are displayed within the game itself or in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a game disconnection during active play, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. Baaji Login is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
• Any technical malfunction that prevents a game round from completing correctly will result in that round being voided and the stake returned to the player's PKR balance.
• Live Casino tables operate in real time with human dealers. Table limits for Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show titles are displayed before joining any table.
• Crash games such as Aviator have specific gameplay mechanics explained within the game interface. Stakes are placed before each round and cannot be altered once the round begins.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Baaji Login platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

You are responsible for keeping your Baaji Login login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — private and secure. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Baaji Login support immediately so your account can be secured.
• Baaji Login will never ask for your full password through any support channel — by live chat, email or any other method.
• All personal data submitted during registration and throughout account use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Baaji Login uses standard encryption protocols to protect data in transit between your device and our servers.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Baaji Login reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other dishonest conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Providing false or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be placed in a dormant status.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining PKR balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to misconduct, the verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after a standard review period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Baaji Login's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's verified account at the time any dispute arises. Baaji Login is not liable for:

• Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, connection failures or technical issues outside our direct control.
• Bets not accepted due to pricing errors, data feed failures or exceeding applicable market limits.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or from sharing login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind, including loss of profits or lost opportunity costs.

Nothing in these Terms limits Baaji Login's liability in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part in relation to your deposited PKR balance.

12. Responsible Gaming

Baaji Login is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adult players. We make the following responsible gaming tools available to all account holders, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break from the platform without permanent closure.

13. Changes to These Terms

Baaji Login may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, applicable requirements or other operational considerations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We may also notify registered players of significant changes through the platform's notification system or via the contact details on your account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Baaji Login platform after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request closure of your account and return of your verified PKR balance.
